Winter is almost here and the storms have already started sending big waves to our shores. Thao took this picture of Bai Xep youth bodysurfing and bathing in the waves one afternoon in mid-October. For the next few months the sea will often be rough here, sometimes so rough that even the bravest fishermen won't dare to go out, but usually just rough enough for swimmers to be able to play and get a thrill in the waves. An exciting time of year!
