We have the first and still the only wood-fired kitchen in South Central Vietnam. Using local and imported produce our menu showcases the flavours and benefits of cooking with fire. Additionally, our Argentinian grill introduces "Asado" cooking where meats such as lamb, Australian beef and cuts of pork are slow-roasted over coals. Currently our oven is firing artisanal pizza, lasagna, whole roast chicken, lamb leg  and even desserts such as passionfruit short-crust tarts.
